Larkspur is located less than 2 miles south of Town Center in Virginia Beach. Larkspur consists of approximately 1200 single family homes & town homes. Home prices range from $190,000-$500,000. The subdivision started to take shape in the early 1960's and continued to grow until the late 1990's. There are many tree lined streets and sidewalks for a stroll. Larkspur is very close to MT.
